Waterford Residents Fear Flooding with Increase Rainfall

Residents of Waterford, St Catherine are appealing to their political representatives to clear their main drainage system as Jamaica prepares for increased rainfall.

They are appealing to their political representatives. People’s National Party (PNP) Councilor for the Waterford Division, Fenley Douglas, is calling on the National Works Agency (NWA) and member of parliament for the constituency, Robert Miller, to have the drain cleaned in short order. 

Meanwhile, the met service warns a tropical wave is expected to make landfall in Jamaica on Sunday. Watch the full report:
