With the possibility of heavy rains this weekend, the National Works Agency (NWA) says it is bracing for what could possibly be large-scale damage to infrastructure across the country. 

Communications Manager at the NWA, Stephen Shaw says the agency is bracing for the worse, which will inevitably result in a greater financial burden for the agency. He notes the inclement weather is likely to impact major projects. He explains the rainfall will disrupt ongoing roadworks across the country. Shaw also adds available equipment will be used in efforts to clear roadways and return to normalcy as quickly as possible. Watch the full report:
