Stricter Protocols Due To Rising COVID-19 Cases

As the country continues to record triple-digit COVID-19 cases daily, Prime Minister Andrew Holness has implemented stricter protocols to curtail the spread of the virus.

The implementation of work from home orders for Public Sector workers and the advice to private sector organizations, to have persons work from home where possible were among the recommendations.

Prime Minister Holness reiterates the need for full compliance to the existing protocols.

He adds that with hospitals bursting at the seams, lives are at stake.

Meanwhile, the Opposition, the People’s National Party has reacted to Monday’s Press Conference featuring the Prime Minister.

One that they say was long overdue.
