Head of the Manchester police Superintendent Shane Mccalla is appealing to the public to exercise caution, especially in town centres, while doing business during the Christmas season.
During a recently held meeting at the Manchester Parish Council, he said it is advisable to utilize digital technologies to avoid the threat of robbery. Superintendent McCall also revealed that a risk assessment will be done to screen persons hosting large events during the festive season.
