As Jamaicans attempt to make peace with the new Road Traffic Act, the Transport Authority moved to educate and sensitize its own through a three-day training session in Portland. The Transport Authority in Portland hosted a 3-day training program for middle managers within the entity to capitalize on their performance skills through technology.
Spearheading the training program Managing Director at the Transport Authority Ralston Smith tells CVM LIVE this initiative will bolster middle manager’s performance levels.
