World Kidney Day is a global campaign to raise awareness about the importance of kidneys to our overall health and reduce the frequency and impact of kidney disease and its associated health issues worldwide. This year, it will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023, under the theme “Kidney Health For All Preparing for the Unexpected Supporting the Vulnerable.” Nephrologist, Dr Lori-Ann Fisher joined us on Sunrise to share more on Sunrise about World Kidney Day.
