From aspiring to be a Teacher or Forensic Scientist, twenty-five-year-old Dwayne Jolly’s life took an unexpected turn when he discovered his undeniable passion for the culinary arts and his innate entrepreneurial spirit. Fuelled by his dreams, Dwayne recently fulfilled a lifelong ambition by opening his very own restaurant—Cheffin’z With Jollydon. Located on Shortwood Road in Kingston, this culinary haven officially opened its doors on June 16, serving a mouthwatering array of authentic Jamaican meals day in and day out. We sat down with Dwayne Jolly, who graciously shared his exhilarating journey and enlighten us about the delectable breakfast options that his restaurant has to offer.
