Tivoli Gardens 12 Years Post Incursion

The incursion in Tivoli Gardens, 12 years ago, was a seminal moment in Jamaica’s history and to this day there remain questions to be answered. We will be exploring if there have been any significant changes to the country’s security environment, the commissioner’s report, and recommendations. We will discuss with our guests Professor Anthony Harriot, retired professor of Political Sociology, who was a commissioner for the West Kingston enquiry, and in-studio Peter Champagnie QC one of the attorneys who were present at the West Kingston Commission of enquiry.
