Impact of the New Road Traffic Act

We continue our exploration of the new Road Traffic Act that took effect on February 1, including new offenses that have raised some eyebrows, its potential to decrease road deaths, as well as the implications of the electronic components of the law.

To discuss we are joined via zoom by Victor Anderson, Programme Coordinator of National Road Safety Council (NRSC), and with us in studio, Andrea Moore Phillips, a partner of law firm, Moore Eubanks Moore, Attorneys-At-Law, she is also Transport Lobby Group –  TODSS, Kingston & St. Andrew Parish Development Chair and legal advisor.
