ReadyNet Commits To Bringing 100 Schools Into The Digital World- Back in May, Minister of Education, Youth, and Information Karl Samuda disclosed that a solution will be provided for 238 schools in remote areas, currently without internet access.
The government entered into an arrangement with satellite internet service provider Readynet, a sister company of ReadyTV, to provide 100 of the 238 schools with reliable internet.
The latest school to benefit from the initiative is the Donnington Primary School in deep rural St. Mary.
