Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) candidate for South East St. Andrew, Kari Douglas, was joined by Prime Minister Andrew Holness as she toured the constituency on Tuesday.
St. Andrew South East – Douglas is seeking to unseat the People’s National Party (PNP) incumbent Julian Robinson who has served the constituency since the 2011 General Election. He says he is sure the work he has put in over the last two terms will lead to his re-election.
Douglas switched allegiance earlier this year while she was PNP councilor for the Trafalgar division.
She says she is confident of a victory come September three.
Holness tells supporters that their votes will not be in vain.
