PNP Celebrates 84th Evening of Excellence

Supporters and comrades of the People’s National Party (PNP) came out in their numbers at the Little Theatre in Kingston for the party’s 84th anniversary Evening of Excellence Ceremony.

The ceremony is geared towards acknowledging individuals for their contribution to the party.

Party Leader Mark Golding in his presentation noted the People’s National Party has come a far way and is making strides amid challenges.

Keynote speaker leader of the National Democratic Congress in Grenada Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell, notes the political climate in the region is seemingly swaying voters to a more progressive trajectory.

However, he notes as technology is becoming the driving force behind many economies, governments in the region must implement systems to better enhance job opportunities.
