NCB’s Head Office Announces two COVID-19 positive cases

The National Commercial Bank (NCB) has released a statement advising that there has been the confirmation of two COVID-19 positive tests at its Head Office- The NCB Atrium- on Trafalgar Road, Kingston.

In the statement, it said, “the Ministry of Health and Wellness recently published guidelines which stipulate that, based on available scientific information, there is no requirement for businesses to close when there is a confirmed or suspected case of Covid-19.  We have completed deep cleaning and sanitization of the location and continue to conduct daily cleaning and sanitization of all our locations in keeping with our Covid-19 protocols.”

In the meanwhile, the bank is encouraging customers to take advantage of their digital channels to complete their transactions, instead of going into a branch. These include: 

  • iABMs at our 24/7 Bank on the Go – to withdraw and deposit cash, deposit cheques, pay NWC, JPS, Flow and NCB credit card bills, and more
  • Personal and Business Online Banking
  • NCB mobile app
  • Quisk

It adds that, it will continue to take the necessary measures to keep its employees and customers safe during the pandemic.
