Transport Operator Development Sustainable Services (TODSS) Egerton Newman, is calling on the government for a ticket amnesty for operators. He says several taxi operators have also raised concern about outstanding tickets still reflecting on their files even after payment.
President Newman minced no words while sharing his frustration with the police, adding taxi operators are suffering at their hands. He also said several of their members will be signing a petition to be presented to the related authorities on Thursday. Watch the report:
