The Ugly Truth: Many Students Are Vaping Across Jamaica

 The National Council on Drug Abuse, NCDA, is prioritizing efforts to not only identify students who are vaping, but through non-threatening intervention, and confidential conversations. Although in the dark, parents are being encouraged not to be judgmental and instead try to understand why their child has resorted to this dangerous social activity.
