The police have responded to alleged threats by Grant’s Pen residents insisting they’re not perturbed. This, following the upset caused by the fatal shooting of a resident.

Residents cried for justice following the death of upcoming music producer known as Tadmar, alleging he was shot in cold blood, a targeted attack by the police, a claim the law men refuted. In providing an update since the shooting and protest, St. Andrew north division, commanding officer for the area Aaron Fletcher says grants pen remains on the police radar. 

Since the December 29 fatal shooting, he says police have received threats from disgruntled residents. He says the police are not afraid in their quest for justice.
