Phillips Hopes to Return as PNP Vice President

Following his resignation in July of last year Member of Parliament for Manchester North Western, Mikeal Phillips has declared his intention to again vie for the position of Vice President of the People’s National Party (PNP). Phillips says this will help strengthen the party going forward. 

Political commentator Canute Thompson says this could be an indication of a resurgence of unity in the party. However, they still have a long way to go. Stating that there are certain things the PNP needs to do to win the confidence of the people and assume power in the country. Watch the report below:
