A litany of outstanding responses seems to be a feature of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security following their long-awaited appearance before Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) on February 2. The Permanent Secretary sought to respond to dozens of unanswered findings from an internal audit from 2017, however, the PAC members were left with more questions than answers.
