The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) has finally appeared before Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to answer questions in relation to the Auditor General’s performance report on the state-owned entity.
However, members uncovered what is considered a systemic thread of human resources, accounting, procurement and mismanagement breaches at the JUTC.
