Opposition Spokesman Fears Local Logistics Is Lagging

Opposition Spokesman on Industry, Investment, and Global Logistics Anthony Hylton has charged that Jamaica’s logistics is nearly a decade behind, demanding greater action and investment from the government. 

His comments come as he highlights the need for technology to help bolster the local logistics sector that was significantly hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.  The recent tech focus conference hosted by the Global Services Association of Jamaica has sparked a timely discussion on logistics and a crucial partnership with technology.

The Opposition Spokesman Anthony Hylton says there is a need for transformation and strengthening of the local logistics sector in light of the recent damage inflicted by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
