NSWMA: Lots of Time Wasted As Dogs Attack Garbage Collectors

National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) speaks up about dog attacks – There’s a group of public sector workers who say they are constantly being attacked by dogs which not only puts them at risk but also affects their ability to carry out their work. 

The Executive Director of the agency, Audley Gordon, explains that employees spend a great deal of time warding off dogs which not only puts them at risk but slows down the rate of garbage collection.
