National Security Minister And Other Officials Receive Vaccine

National Security Minister, Dr. Horace Chang received his first dose of the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine at the health centre in St. James on Monday morning.

The Minister notes that political leaders will await the next batch of vaccines and only members in the cabinet age 60 and over will be vaccinated. He also highlights that there have been a total of three hundred (300) positive cases within the security force, which he says is attributed to community spread.

Meanwhile, police attached to the Port Antonio Station also received their first dose of the vaccine. CVM Live understands that one hundred and ten officers (110) were vaccinated on Monday.
