10-year Member of Parliament for Manchester North Western, Mikael Phillips is again renewing his call for an urgent replacement of the Troy bridge which borders his constituency and Trelawny Southern.
At the same time, he is calling for an increase in the constituency development fund which he says has remained at 20 million dollars since he first became Member of Parliament in 2012.
Meanwhile, Phillips is also joining the appeal for an increase in the constituency development fund, arguing that a decade later, nothing has changed. He goes further to say that rural constituencies cannot be treated the same as urban constituencies. Watch the full report:
