A St Thomas man is in custody and another dead, following a family dispute. The dispute comes as no surprise to residents who say the brothers have been at odds before, but the death is being met with disbelief.
Such was the case in Dalvey St Thomas, Sunday when a family dispute quickly flared resulting in death. One relative spoke off camera. Dead is 22-year-old Kevaun Dixon otherwise called Tupsie of Dalvey District, St. Thomas. In custody is his brother 20-year-old Ashawn Chisolm otherwise called Baboo of Holland Town Dalvey in the parish.
The victim allegedly visited the home to help pacify a dispute but got drawn into the conflict instead. Overcome by the guilt and realization of his actions residents say the accused brother turned himself in to the police. More details below:
