Klansman Gang Had Police Source Feeding Them Information

In a recorded conversation played in court on Wednesday, it was revealed that the lone female defendant had a police source providing her information for the organized gang.

The prosecution has been examining the recordings of conversations between alleged members of the criminal network, with a former gang member turn crown witness giving further insight.

The former member of the One Don Klansman Gang who secretly recorded conversations between himself and other alleged gang members revealed that the lone female defendant, Stephanie Christie alias Muma had her own informant within the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF). In one of the recorded conversations, Christie was heard saying “we have one police brethren weh deh down a CIB enuh…suh any likkle thing him kinda show we waah gwaan”, noting that the police had high regards for the alleged leader of the gang Andre ‘Blackman’ Bryan.

She went further saying the police gave her the description of private police vehicles and their reregistration plates. The former gang member replied, “a good thing we have him pon we side.”

In another recording Christie could be heard asking the former gangster, “a how much instrument suh we have.” The witness explained that they were talking about guns…

In another instance Christie who is a pastor, appeared to be searching for a house to live, she said “if a even one room mi get and pack up di tings..just pray di ting guh through smooth…nutten nuh beat prayer, a ask God fi protection.”

Meanwhile, the former gangster recalled how he and others, acting on instructions from the alleged gang leader, drove through the community of Rivoli in search of two defendants, Marco Miller alias Ezzi and Dwight Hall Alias Jim Brown to “kill them”

He was quick to add that police had all that information and were driving in close proximity to the car he was in.

Based on the recordings so far, it is evident that the trust among members of the alleged criminal organization quickly deteriorated, especially with the alleged leader behind bars. Alleged gangsters switched allegiance, turned on each other and were reportedly willing to kill each other.

The trial will reconvene on Thursday at 10am.
