The three soldiers charged with the 2010 murder of businessman Keith Clarke will have to stand trial.
On Tuesday, the Constitutional Court ruled that the immunity certificates granted to them in 2016 by then Minister of National Security Peter Bunting are null and void and invalid.
On May 27, 2010 Clarke was shot 21 times inside his Kirkland Close home in St. Andrew.
