Jamaica Constabulary Force Confirms Troy Ellis is Back in Custody

The Jamaica Constabulary Force has officially confirmed that Troy Ellis is once again in custody. With the capture of the recent escapee Troy Ellis, the Jamaica Constabulary Force, in a recent social media post, thanks a female licensed firearm holder who they say was driving along the Discovery Bay Main Road when she identified a man matching the description released by the Police. She apprehended him and handed him over to the Police.

He was handed over to the Discovery Bay Police at approximately 10:35 p.m. last night (October 1).
