Hoteliers Resort To Moral Suasion Due To Redundancy

There is a tense stand-off between employers and trade unionists over the 120-day redundancy rule. The claim, though not new, has put employers in a bind, due to the coronavirus outbreak. 

Thousands of people have been laid off since April and according to the law, workers can claim an exit package.

But employers are hoping that through dialogue, employees will rethink their options.
