‘Cash for Guns’ Receive Support – In the wake of Jamaica recording over 100 murders since January, Prime Minister Andrew Holness announced monetary incentives of up to $500,000 for persons who turn over their illegal guns to the police. Two experts Kevin O’Brien Chang and Dr. Jason Mckay are agreeing with this strategy, as they deem the move instrumental in taking back the nation from gun-slinging criminals.
