G2K Receive Words of Encouragement by JLP Members

With the call for an increase in youth presence in politics, Jamaica Labor Party (JLP) political representatives are focused on increasing youth engagement. Already prospering in their own political careers, the JLP members urged the youth to get involved and make a difference in the lives of Jamaicans. The young professional affiliate of the Jamaica Labor Party is considered an entity that creates an environment where young professionals can share ideas and contribute to national development in different areas. Urging the youth to continue contributing to the political sphere across the island, Minister Williams says their main focus should be how they can assist with solving residents’ issues.

Likewise, Minister without portfolio in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation, Matthew Samuda says the G2K ‘s signature and footprint were evident in the last election. Watch the report:
