Ministry of Finance and the Public Service launched the Public Sector Debate. On Friday Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke shed light on steps the Ministry took regarding the revised public sector compensation structure. Speaking at the launch of the public sector debate, Dr. Nigel Clarke highlights new structures in the public sector that are soon to be launched in the upcoming fiscal year. This department he notes will deliver shared services to the public sector and aid with procurement.
