Tragedy shook a Portland community on Easter Monday, reigniting calls for action as a crash claimed the lives of a father and his young son, marking the latest in a string of road fatalities. The victims, identified as 53-year-old David and Jayden Woolery, were killed instantly in the collision, described by some eyewitnesses as gut-wrenching.
