Efforts To Implement NIDS Continue

As efforts to modernize administrative processes continue, the government has announced progress in the implementation of the national identification system. Minister without Portfolio, Floyd Green, says for the ID to serve its intended purpose, the Government is on a mission to make it more accessible and useful

He adds post office spaces will be used to create a modern, state-of-the-art enrollment facility for interested Jamaicans and as many have expressed not being able to identify the usefulness of NIDS, the Minister assures that efforts are being made to rope in many organizations. Watch the report:
