Disgruntled Teacher Bashes the Government

Amidst the Ministry of Education’s efforts to fix long-standing glitches affecting the timely payment of teachers, one educator is venting. She tells CVM’s Nicola Brown her plight includes receiving no salary for 4 months during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite accepting the public sector wage deal she believes the government’s shown little to no interest in local teachers,  accounting for the mass migration annually. During an exclusive interview with CVM LIVE the educator says at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic she was hardly able to cope adding she was left without a salary for four months in 2021.  Watch the report:
