Disgruntled Portland Raftsmen Hit Out Against Illegal Operators

The rafting at Blue Lagoon, Portland is being overrun by outsiders. Raft operators say their livelihood is being threatened by illegal raftsmen. 

Raftsmen of the Blue Lagoon alliance in Portland say outsiders are tapping into their waters, thereby snatching their sales.  According to the President of the Alliance, Collin Beckford, these individuals are not certified by the Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCO).
