Community Engagement Cause Of St. James Crime Decrease

Community engagement cause of crime decrease in St. James: Minister of National Security, Dr. Horace Chang made a stop on Friday at the Freeport Police Station in St. James as part of his crime intervention tour. The Minister says while St. James has seen a slow decline in crime he notes that there is more room for improvement.

Dr. Chang also says that the fundamental part of social intervention is creating a solid foundation for eliminating criminal elements through the Zones of Special Operations.

He further adds that the Ministry is resilient in reducing crime and that more work will be done in the development of the communities and the nation at large.
