Caricel’s Appeal Request Rejected As Privy Council Rules

WATCH: End of the Line for the Caricel’s battle as Privy Council rules – Symbiote Investments appears to have been dealt a final blow. The telecoms company which trades as Caricel lost its request to delay the government’s withdrawal of its six licenses. The Privy Council’s ruling ends a two-year court battle with the Ministry of Technology.

But former technology Minister, Dr. Andrew Wheatley said Symbiote did not complete the requirements for the license to be met. With the final appellate court denying Symbiote’s request, the company says the fight may finally be over.
