The much anticipated parliamentary address by Rwandan President, Paul Kagame on Thursday yielded several answers concerning his visit. Export, import, trade, and a raft of other benefits were highlighted. In addition, to outlining how this relationship will be mutually beneficial, President Kagame affirmed Marcus Garvey’s vision of a united Africa for the Africans of the world.
