Who’s Protecting The Protectors?

Is the JCF stretched by the quarantine in Bull Bay?

Who’s protecting the protectors? With hundreds of thousands of Jamaicans staying at home to abide by the directives of the government for non-essential workers, frontline workers like nurses and the police meanwhile are once again faced with heightened exposure.

While teachers are faced with massive disruptions to their planned transfer of knowledge due to school closures. How are these groups coping under the strain of COVID-19?  Has government done enough to protect them?

To discuss these topics and more we are joined by Owen Speid President Jamaica Teachers Association, Carmen Brissett Vice President of the Nurses Association and Detective Sergeant Patrae Rowe Chairman of the Police Federation.
