Discussion On The Resignation Of Rudyard Spencer And The South East Clarendon By-Election

The Prime Minister announced a By-Election for the South East Clarendon Constituency, which was left vacant as a result of Rudyard Spencer’s resignation. However the Peoples National Party has made it very clear, they will not be contesting the election, which they describe as a waste of taxpayer’s money.
