Exploring the Imperatives In The COVID-19 Economy Recovery

Despite warnings from the Pan American Health Organization that COVID-19 is not at its peak, the debate surrounding the setting of the agenda for the reopening of the economy is gathering pace, and with several other Caribbean countries already re-opening.

Some suggest that a phased reopening would strike the right balance between permitting some level of commerce to resume while still maintaining a vigilant national position.
