COVID-19 Pandemic VS The BPO Sector

To examine the highest level talking points as it relates to the BPO sector, we would have to acknowledge that hotels are being suggested for use as BPO outposts, the permanent closure of the Alorica Portmore branch and its implications for that company and the biggest talking point of all, is the creation of a virtual special economic zone a possibility?

To discuss these issues and more we are joined by Anand Biradar Director, Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ)/Senior Vice President and Country Head of Hinduja Global Services, and Gloria Henry President of the Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica (BPIAJ).
