In 2015, driven by a desire to offer natural alternative options to the people of Montego Bay, he established The Halleluyahlifestyle Centre. Building on this success, he went on to establish the B.O.S.T.O.N Institute of Natural Medicine, a prestigious school providing comprehensive training in Natural Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Ben-Yisrael founded Wholistic Dreambuilders and Associates, a dedicated team of healthcare professionals that travel across Jamaica, conducting mobile clinics and hosting workshops.
