The Mental Health Pandemic

Suicidal ideation, depression, and anxiety were among the primary issues highlighted in 1,507 contact sessions made through the U-Matter Mental Health Chatline from March 22 to December 9. With the numerous articles published recently about mental health, especially among our men – and the recent death of Stephen “Twitch” Boss – there is evidence that we do not always see the signs. Our friend Shane Mark Tull will highlight some of the signs we should look for and how can we help those who are in need of help.
