We learn that Dr. Aris LaTham, world-renowned Sunfired Food Scientist and Founder of Sunfired Culinary Institute is on the mission of promoting healthy living. Dr. LaTham, is a Panamanian native and credited in the 2012 Second Edition of Oxford Encyclopaedia of Food and Drink in America as the Father of Gourmet Ethical Raw Foods Cuisine in America. 

Dr. LaTham has pretty much revolutionized the way we view, eat and choose our food. His philosophy goes beyond just being a raw foodist. He looks at the science behind good eating. For him, any food that has come to a ripened state is cooked. He believes the sun is the only heat food will ever need. Hence the name of his company, Sunfired Culinary Institute..Which has celebrities like Tiffany Haddish and raw foodists all over the world flocking to his teachings.

On January 15, Dr. LaTham will partner with Jamaica’s Stacia Davidson, Founder of Raw Food Challenge JA, for a one-day virtual retreat ‘like no other’.  The event which is dubbed GIMMI RAW will be an intense, six hours, practical, interactive, and theoretical virtual training run by Dr. Aris LaTham and Stacia Davidson, broadcasting Live to a wide Caribbean audience from Panama.
