The Jamaican Association for Debating and Empowerment (JADE) National Collegiate Debating Championship is set to kick start tomorrow. The tournament is for universities and colleges across Jamaica to participate in two days of debating. It will take place on February 22, and 23 at the University of Technology, Jamaica.
