Donna Smikle-Anderson has been an educator for over a decade. She believes in spreading her wings and sharing her knowledge not just in Jamaica, but globally. Her philosophy as an educator is that all students have the capacity to be successful given the appropriate learning environment where the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains are activated for all learners. She is a proponent of new research-based strategies and is very much aware of the brain-based and cooperative learning approach. She joined us on Sunrise to share more.
