Doreen Defying the Odds

Being visually impaired is not slowing down Doreen Findley. She is a graduate of the International University of the Caribbean, a place she says impacted her overall development and contributed to her becoming a Counseling Psychologist.

Findley is a motivated hard working woman who continues to defy the odds. She is dedicated to achieving her goals and is a strong believer in the philosophy that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”- Nelson Mandela. She joined us on Sunrise to share her story!
