Ricardo Allen is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of One-on-One Educational Services. He has an innate passion for Mathematics and Technology. He started his journey at Sagicor, where he led the Structured Products Division of Sagicor Investments. He is a young Leader of the Americas Initiative Fellow, having been selected by President Obama in the program’s first year. Additionally, he is also a member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange Best Practices Committee and Chairman of the Actuarial Science Course Committee at the University of Technology (UTECH). Allen is also a member of the Course Committee in the Joan Duncan School of Entrepreneurship and Leadership at the University of Technology and a member of the Board of Directors at Icreate Limited. Allen is a firm believer in the notion that learning should be personal and he has created an amazing product to make learning unique.
