Kevin Richards, CEO of publicly-traded Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) has over 25 years of experience in the areas of media, investment management, and real estate. He has a Masters in Economics from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Richards has held several senior executive positions in leading investment houses and is a former senior director of investments at Jamaica’s National Insurance Fund. He is also an avid member of the Real Estate Board of Jamaica.
